I am Roxane, a vinyasa, yin and mum & baby yoga teacher as well as a holistic health and life coach. I created Yoga in the Wind with the idea of building a loving and caring community of yogis who love catching up for yoga classes, but also yoga talks on the beach, swims in the ocean after sweaty yoga classes, or grabbing a coffee all together after a morning yoga practice. By practicing and teaching at other studios, I've often felt the lack of true community and my desire, as the founder of Yoga in the Wind, is to build a caring yoga community as I've never found elsewhere. Through Yoga in the Wind, my mission is to share my passion for yoga and help individuals to improve their well-being, by reducing their stress and deepening their yoga practice, while feeling welcome in our inclusive yoga community.
