Holistic Health Coaching is a natural and integrative approach used in order to deal with imbalances, in which we take into account nutrition patterns, relationships, physical fitness, stress levels, environmental toxins and more.

What a Holistic Health Coach does:

  • Coach you about how to achieve and sustain good health such as a daily routine involving nutritious foods, exercise, stress management, and adequate sleep.

  • Empower you to achieve optimal health, for the present and the future, by addressing any imbalances caused by improper nutrition, lifestyle stressors, poor quality sleep, insufficient water, lack of exercise and relaxation.

  • Educate you to evaluate your lifestyle choices and to identify and change any potential causes of poor health and general dissatisfaction.

  • Forster a healthy and educational environment to support you in reaching your personal wellness objectives.

  • Recognise when it is necessary to refer someone to a primary health practitioner for treatment and/or diagnosis.

Symptoms that can be treated / reduced

Hormonal imbalances: infertility, pre and post menopausal symptoms, premenstrual symptoms (PMS), absent periods, painful periods, heavy bleeding, irregular periods, pain and fatigue caused by endometriosis, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), and uterine fibroids.

Other symptoms and imbalances that can be helped with: weight loss, stress and anxiety reduction, the management of chronic conditions, improving diet and exercise, lack of contentment in life, lack of motivation.

I will explain in more details how the program works and answer any questions you may have. There is no obligation or lock-ins.

What does Holistic mean?

Holistic is a philosophy that is applied to something rather than a discipline within itself. The concept of Holistic Health is that the "whole" is made up of parts that depend on each other for their healthy existence. We think of ourselves as comprising many parts and systems, but our parts do not function independently. They are constantly interacting; therefore the treatment of one physical condition will have an effect on the mental, emotional, chemical and nutritional aspects as well.

Is there any obligation after doing the free anamnesis?

No, we will decide together if the program is a good fit for you. There is no obligation to take part in the program after the anamnesis. No banking details are needed to register to the anamnesis.

Can I join the program even if I feel healthy?

Yes, even if you are already healthy, this program will help you to be more aware of your body’s needs and understand the signals it sends you. Doing so, the day you will feel less healthy it will be very easy for you to be healthier again. We can also prevent future hormonal changes by following the natural cycles of your womb. How did I get sick?

Remember when you felt fantastic? When did that change? Gradually or suddenly? Something changed your condition. Some sicknesses develop over time by the choices we make (food choices, lifestyle choices, and sedentary lives). The world is also full of toxins, many of which are unknown to the general public.

Do you prescribe medication?

No, it is a natural approach in which I can suggest the use of herbs.

Is there a specific diet to follow?

No, I provide a meal plan with a detailed suggestion of ingredients to favor and some to avoid according to your Ayurvedic constitution. We will determine your Ayurvedic constitution during the anamnesis.

How long does it take until I get healthy?

It really depends on your consistency following the program I recommend for you. Many patients feel immediate results. Others with complex imbalances can take a little longer. Sometimes it could take a few months to resolve extreme cases. The general rule is most patients feel a difference with their program in a couple of weeks, or one to three months.
