Frequently asked questions

  • That is perfectly fine and normal. Remember babies have different needs at different times. If your baby cries, feed them, comfort them, change them. Don't worry this won't disrupt.

  • If the class is in your home, prepare an open space for the practice with a few toys that your baby like to play with. You are welcome to use your own yoga mat or use one of ours. Have a little blanket or baby washcloth ready to protect the props.

  • You are welcome to feed them in class if this is something you are comfortable with.

  • This class is ideal for babies aged between 6 weeks to 1 year.

  • No preparation is required. The class should happen as a natural event which should not disturb baby. So if the class is during their nap time, or during their feeding time, that’s totally fine. Baby will be allowed to sleep, and you can also feed them during the class.

IMPORTANT:  Please check with your doctor about when it is suitable to return to an exercise program - being mindful that you attend class when you feel physically capable.
