The Mindset Reset is an intimate, step-by-step program for people who are ready to live their life to the fullest in a relaxed state of mind.

You can be the most committed person in the world to work towards living a healthy, balanced and fulfilled life, but if you don’t know the right steps to implement a relaxing routine for your body and mind - all of the efforts will go to waste. You also need to work on the deepest layers of your mind.

Before becoming a certified health coach and yoga teacher, I used to find it really hard to find the right steps to build my own healthy routine.

But I was able to build an easy-to-implement system from my past experience of stress, overwhelm and dissatisfaction: I was working 4 different jobs at the same time - waitress in 2 different restaurants, working as a tutor and as a nanny as well as being a university student studying economics and management. I was totalling an average of 40 hours of work per week on top of my full time studies. I HAD to do something if I did not want to end up burnt out.

After doing some research on how to improve my mental & physical health and bringing more balance into my life as well as undertaking multiple courses, I then implemented a step by step and clear roadmap in my life. I incorporated mindfulness practices, yoga exercises, creative activities, and I reallocated my time for a better work-life balance. I also worked on my nervous system, as I learnt how powerful our mind is.

Here’s how it works

Three months of powerful one-on-one coaching sessions to retrain your nervous system, as well as easy homework - meditations, yoga classes, mindfulness exercises, journaling, creative activities - to help you implement a new routine for a balanced life. This routine will be designed step-by-step, using the tools we will see together. It will suit your lifestyle and we will make sure you love it so that you can keep it for an entire lifetime!

Weekly one-on-one coaching, worksheets & videos

  • Weekly 60 minute powerful one-on-one coaching sessions, which allow you to go through a deep layer of healing, while reseting your nervous system. They will give you clarity on what your stressors are and how to adapt your current lifestyle for a balanced, healthy and fulfilled life. These sessions provide a lot of support and make sure that you are reaching your goals.

  • Worksheets will be handed out so that between the sessions you can work on the weekly topic, apply the tools given and keep track of your progress.

  • Recorded yoga classes and meditations will also be shared as exercises to practice at home during the week.

Personalised support and accountability

  • You will have continuous support throughout the program and outside the coaching sessions. You can ask your questions at any time. You will never be alone on this journey.

Made of 4 main modules

All four modules will help you train your nervous system so that your results will last on the long term.

  • Module 1

    During our first module we will work on improving your current work-life balance, in a way that suits your current lifestyle. This will allow you to stop feeling overwhelmed.

  • Module 2

    In this module we will work on improving your sleep and stop you from overthinking continuously. You will quickly notice how energised you will be during the day.

  • Module 3

    In the third module, we will work on relaxation exercises and activities so that you can allow yourself to take some “me-time” and feel more relaxed on a daily basis.

  • Module 4

    In this last module, we will create a full routine and ensure its adaptation to ensure long lasting results.
